Faq’s

  • How long does it take to open a live account?

    The procedure of account opening is easy and fast and takes less than 1 minute.

  • Sometimes when I am trying to place an order, I got an error message: `Trade Context is busy`, how this can be solved?

    Restart your MetaTrader 4 terminal by closing it and launching it again.

  • I forgot my MT4 password. What should I do?

    Go to the client portal, click on `My Account`, then `Overview`, and after click `Actions` next to the account for which you wish to change the password.

  • My order was stop-out. Why?

    Your order will be stop-out when the margin level (Equity/Used Margin) of your trading account goes below 20%. This will trigger a stop-out, and your positions will start closing, starting from the most unprofitable.

  • I am getting “Requotes”. What does this mean?

    The requote statement usually pops up to inform traders that the execution price has changed and allows traders to decide whether they wish to accept the new price. The advertised price affected by high market volatility can change in a split second, and we need to offer you the latest market price. In such an event, you can either accept the new requoting or reject the new price and cancel the execution of the transaction. Another possible reason for getting requotes could be a bad internet connection, which can delay the transmission of orders; in this situation, you will see old prices instead of current market prices.

  • Does the company offer negative balance protection?

    We offer negative balance protection to all clients as part of the Agreement with a client, as long as it is not manipulated. The interests of our clients are our primary objective; therefore, we ensure that clients may never lose more than their total deposits.

  • My pending order was deleted. Why?

    Your pending order will be deleted from the system if the free margin is not enough to cover the margin required for opening the specific order.

  • Can I cancel an instant order request?

    If you placed an instant order, it might not always be possible to cancel it, if our trading server has already received your request. In this case, your platform would also give you a warning: `Closing of this window will not guarantee the order cancelling`.

  • What is the lowest volume I can trade?

    Please note that the minimum trading volume you can trade is 0.01 lots.

  • Do you charge a fee for no trading?

    Yes, the company reserves the right to apply a 3% ‘no trading’ fee when a trader has deposited and requested to withdraw funds without ever entering one trade.

  • Do you support trailing stops and expert advisors?

    Our platform supports such functionalities. Please be aware that trading operations using additional functions on your client terminals such as trailing stop or expert advisor are executed completely under your responsibility, as they depend directly on your trading terminal.

  • Can I start trading without prior experience or knowledge?

    While it is not necessary to have a background in trading, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with margin trading and derivatives contracts. You can also read through our Learn section and open a free demo account. The TRABOT MetaTrader 5 demo account is similar to a real trading account, but it allows you to trade without the risk of losing real money since the demo account uses virtual funds. This can be an excellent way to both gain experience as a trader and explore the platform. Once you feel confident enough to trade on the real markets, your next step could be to open a live account. TRABOT does not open demo accounts for clients from the Kingdom of Spain due to regulatory reasons.

  • Which operating systems does the platform support?

    MetaTrader 5 can run on all modern operating systems: macOS, Windows and Linux.

  • What order types does Trabot MetaTrader 5 support?

    The trading platform offers seven order types, of which six are pending. Here is the full list: - Market - Stop-loss - Limit buy - Limit sell - Stop limit buy - Stop limit sell - Take profit

  • Can I use Expert Advisors?

    Yes, you can run any Expert Advisors (EAs) either coded by yourself or available from third-party providers.

  • Can I use custom indicators?

    Yes, you can use any custom indicators that are MQL-compatible. Please note, however, that there may be times when a third-party indicator is not compatible with our trading platform due to coding issues or for some other reason. Because of the above, while we do not restrict the use of any custom indicators, please note that we do not provide support for or endorse any of your indicators or that of third parties.

  • Is there a limit to the number of EAs and indicators that I can run at the same time?

    There are no restrictions. Please keep in mind, however, that MetaTrader 5 is a fairly RAM-intensive program, so overloading your platform with a large number of EAs and indicators could reduce the overall performance and speed of your trading platform.

  • Do I need to keep the platform constantly open to monitor quotes and react to market movements?

    Not necessarily. You can circumvent this by taking advantage of pending orders, which will be executed when the price of the traded instrument reaches your predefined level. You can find more information about some of these pending orders in our Learn section.

  • What will happen to my open positions if I log out?

    Your open positions won’t be closed until an existing stop-loss, take-profit, or another conditional order is fulfilled or if a margin stop-out level is reached. Existing pending stop or limit orders will still be filled if the entry rate is met. However, please note that, if you are using Expert Advisors, you would need to remain logged in and keep the platform open at all times.

  • What time does the platform show and can I change it to my local time?

    The platform is set on server time, which in our case is Eastern European Time (EET). Unfortunately, this means that you won’t be able to change it to your local time.

  • Can I have multiple accounts on MetaTrader 5?

    You can have as many accounts as you need. However, you can only stay logged into one account at any given time. This means that, should you wish to stay logged into more than one account at the same time, you would need to run several instances of the platform on your device or browser of choice.

  • What is your spread? Do you offer fixed spread?

    We offer floating spreads only. This means our spreads vary depending on the market situation. Here's why: Our goal is to provide transparent prices and the tightest spreads we can without applying any additional commission. We simply pass on the best bid/ask price we get from our liquidity pool, and our spread accurately reflects what is available in the market. We choose floating spread over a fixed spread as it is often lower than average. However, you may expect it to widen at market open, during rollover at (server time), during major news releases, or during high volatility periods.

  • How can i start my journey as an Fxvibe trader?

  • How does floating spread change throughout the day?

    Floating spread varies throughout the day depending on the trading session, liquidity, and volatility. It tends to be less tight at market opening on Monday, when high-impact news is released, and at other times of high volatility.

  • Do you have slippage on your platforms?

    Slippage is a slight execution price movement that may occur due to the lack of liquidity behind the requested price or when it's been taken by other traders' orders. It can also happen due to market gaps. Slippage should be factored in as one of the risks when trading with an ECN broker (financial intermediary that uses electronic communications networks or ECNs) since it cannot guarantee that your order will be executed at the requested price. However, our system is set up to fill orders at the next best available price whenever slippage occurs. Please be aware that slippage can be both positive and negative, and we cannot influence this factor.

  • Do you guarantee stop orders?

    Being an ECN broker, we cannot guarantee filling at the requested rate. After being triggered, a pending order turns into a market order and gets filled at the best available price, which primarily depends on the market conditions, available liquidity, trading pattern, and volume.

  • Is it possible to lose more than I deposited? What if my account balance becomes negative?

    When your balance becomes negative, our negative balance protection automatically adjusts it to zero.

  • Can you detail the account specifications?

  • How does negative balance protection work?

    Our top priority is giving you the best trading experience, that’s why, regardless of the risks, we have you covered: our risk management system ensures that clients cannot lose more than they initially invested. If your balance becomes negative due to Stop Out, we will compensate the difference and bring your account balance back to zero. We guarantee that your risk is limited to only those funds you have deposited into your account. Please be aware that this does not include any debt payments from the client. Thus, our clients are protected from losses beyond the initial deposit.

  • Do I need a certain amount of margin to open my order?

    It depends on the currency pair, volume, and account leverage. You can use our Trading Calculator to figure out your required margin. When you open a hedge (locked or opposite) position, no additional margin will be required. However, if your free margin is negative, you will not be able to open a hedge order.
